We Are All Alike... We Are All Different

"We are all alike...we all have hearts and brains. We are all different...we do not think or feel the same way." An important lesson -- for children, by children. Today in class we read the book "We Are All Alike... We Are All Different" by Cheltenham Elementary Kindergartners. The book celebrates the multitude of differences in our society -- at a time when understanding tolerance and diversity have never been more important. Written by children for children, "We Are All Alike" reinforces multicultural learning and appreciation. After the book, we made "Who Lives in My House?" graphs to show how we all are the same and we are all different 💖🌈🌎 #allaboutme #prek4 #stjosephschool #comebloomwithus

The students participated in interactive story telling with Miss Brewer in Technology class. The website StoryPlace.com provides the students with a virtual experience with their favorite stories and activities compatible with the interactive whiteboard!
