Up, Up, Up!

This week the students learned all about weather and wind with in their My Big World magazine. In this issue, we took an in-depth look at wind. What is it? How do you know it’s there? What can it move? The issue sparked some deeper thinking about wind during this often blustery month! After reading our magazine, the class went outside for a hands on experiment. We took feathers to see how they move in a soft breeze. Would the feathers move fast or slow?
