Community Helper Day

Ava Lee's parents surprised the class on Monday as our Mystery Readers for Community Helper Day! The students listened to Keeping You Safe: A Book About Police Officers by by Ann Owen. The book shows the important job of police officers. The students learned what a police officer is, how their police car works, and the heroic things they do to keep people safe.The class was able to see how police officers make our communities a better place to live. Thank you SO much for coming in and sharing with our class!!
