Coffee Filter Apple Art

We used a technique to make super vibrant coffee filter sun catchers and it worked perfectly! The class and I have had an amazing amount of fun with science and art . We colored the coffee filters with markers then used a spray water bottle to wet them. A little water goes a long way with this! We saw colors mixing with each other. The class really enjoyed watching this part. In addition to the enjoyment factor, we learned a lot about science, math, and art concepts along the way.
