Shining with the light of Jesus

After our wonderful trip to the pumpkin patch, our class was in the mood to make their own jack-o’-lanterns. The Students were able to pick the parts of a pumpkin to design their own jack-o’-lantern on the interactive whiteboard. After we all made our virtual pumpkins, we read the book 'The Pumpkin Patch Parable'. The story told us how we are like pumpkins and God is like a farmer. He chooses us and makes us precious. The class made their own happy pumpkins to remind us all to always shine with the light of Jesus.
