#New Year, New Me

Today the class had a visit from Mr. Langan's sister who is a Les Mills National Trainer! She came into the class to talk about healthy eating and exercise. She showed the class some fun exercise games and the students worked up a sweat! Thank you SO much for coming into our classroom!!
